Description

Enchant a bounce land (Ideally Simic Growth Chamber) till it taps for at least 7 mana.
Cast Petals of Insight and splice Psychic Puppetry and Dampen Thought on it.
If your land produces 7 mana you can dampen thought every other cast and if it produces 8 or higher you can splice Dampen Thought every time you cast Petals of Insight.
For Petals of Insight you want to keep putting the cards at the bottom so you can recast it.
And if it wasn't obvious you want to untap your enchanted land with Psychic Puppetry.
