Description

As far as I can find, it's a finished deck.

It's a very explosive build, designed to be aggressive with Kozilek and Ulamog. So it's essentially a beat down deck. Once it gets going it can be incredibly resilient.

If you get locked out from a beatdown plan, you can switch to land destruction with Crucible of Worlds and Strip Mine, Dust Bowl, Ghost Quarter, Tectonic Edge and Encroaching Waste.

Your recursion comes from Myr Retriever, Buried Ruin, Arcbound Reclaimer and Scarecrone. With Scarecrone and Reclaimer you can continue to keep returning your artifacts.

Of course Kozilek's death can trigger the graveyard return. You let Kozilek go to the yard, Kozilek's trigger activates, you throw Kozilek back in his zone and the cards go into the deck.
