With an online purchase you can return a product within 14 days of purchase.

Return policy

You can request an exchange or announce the return of a product within 14 days. The product does have to be intact and in the original packaging. Products that are damaged or of which the packaging is damaged or incomplete are not eligible for exchanges or compensations. Unless this concerns the order of an online consumer purchase, then an amount will be charged to compensate for the markdown.

Shipping costs

After announcing the return, you have 14 days to ship the product(s) back to us.
Any costs and risks concerning shipping a product for returns are your responsibility. If the product becomes damaged or incomplete, you can be charged to compensate for this. The shipping cost that you have paid will be returned after the return shipment, unless you don't return the complete order.
If the total amount of the order was initially higher than the threshold for free shipping, and is reduced to less than that amount due to the returned products, the amount to be paid is reduced by the shipping costs.

Notify your return

It can be useful if you contact us, but it is not necessary to notify us of the return. Do make sure to add your order or invoice number to the return. If you want you can indicate why you are returning the order. You can also ask us for a return label where you ultimately pay a reduced rate for your return compared to normal shipping with DPD. Keep in mind this option is not always available.

Refund

The original purchase sum, including any shipping costs, will be returned to you within 14 days (counted from the moment the return shipment is known). It is returned with the same payment method that you used for the payment of the order. If desired, you can also choose store credit or another payment method for the refund in consultation with customer service.

Automatic return

If you are not at home when the order is being delivered, DPD will try to deliver it to a neighbour. If this is not possible or if you opted for delivery to a pick-up point, DPD will deliver the order to one (of the closests) pick-up points. You can pick up the order there. If you are unable to pick up the order within a week it will bee automatically returned to us. We will then contact you about a new shipment, which will usually be associated with additional shipping costs. If you no longer wish to receive the order, some of the costs already made for the shipping process can be subtracted from the refund to cover those costs.

Exceptions

In accordance with European regulations on products that are custom-made or cannot be returned due to their nature, digital products and products with digital components, such as personalized cards or digital registration codes, are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This includes products that can be digitally activated or registered after purchase. We advise customers to carefully check their purchases before placing an order.

These return conditions only apply to consumer purchases and do not apply to B2B (business to business) sales.
