Bazaar of Magic provides services in which customers can customize individual playmats and mouse pads (hereinafter referred to as the custom mat) through the website with a design personalized by the customer.

An order with a custom mat is considered final once the customer has placed this order. Each custom mat is custom made for the customer by Bazaar of Magic, which voids the right of cancellation and return.

Designs

The customer uploads an image and can set the cutout in the online editor. The customer only gets to see the design digitally in the online editor. The customer accepts the design by adding the custom mat to the shopping cart. After placing and paying for the order, the production of the custom mat is initiated by Bazaar of Magic.

When designing the custom mat, the customer commits to:
- Not upload or use any logos, trademarks, images or other material that are subject to third party rights and to which the customer has not obtained rights by agreement;
- Not to upload or use any offensive or provocative images, graphics or symbols (e.g. violent or extremist situations);
- Not Upload or use offensive or sexual motifs.

Bazaar of Magic reserves the right not to proceed with production if the design contains any of the examples above or otherwise unacceptable expressions.

Verification

The customer is responsible for checking the design before accepting the design by adding the custom mat to the shopping cart. The customer must ensure that the design does not contain any spelling errors, errors related to graphic design, grammar or other errors. Bazaar of Magic is not responsible for errors that could have been discovered by the customer before the customer accepted the design. Once the customer has accepted the design, no changes can be made to the design.

Resolution

The client is responsible for providing a file with an acceptable resolution. Files with a resolution below 50 dpi will not be produced. The recommendation is to deliver files with a minimum resolution of 150 dpi and a maximum of 720 dpi.

Colors

Bazaar of Magic ensures that the design approved by the customer is transferred to the custom mat in the best possible way. However, the production of the custom mat is made by hand and therefore the result may differ slightly in both cropping and color from the design in the editor. Besides the fact that every screen is calibrated differently, there is usually a difference between the RGB display in the online editor and the final CMYK colors of the custom mat.

Material

The material of the custom mat is a neoprene rubber with a polyester fabric mounted on it. The structure of this fabric remains visible and gives the custom mat its characteristic appearance. The reproduction of the design will always differ to a certain extent from the reproduction on screens and/or prints on other substrates such as (photo) paper. The polyester fabric may show some loose fibers at the edges, this effect may increase as the mat is used more often.

Rights

When using the services, including uploading personal photos or illustrations, the customer agrees and acknowledges that Bazaar of Magic may use these uploaded items to store and eventually realize the design for that particular customer.
