scepter control:
early game i like boomerang to bounce lands and whatever opponents play., later i like orim for a soft lock; try to keep a counterspell at hand before you play it. Preferably play Baral before you play the scepter.
voltaic key to untap the scepter.
tutors:
tutors and muddle the mixture can get u what u want. Since anything is 2 mana you have 7 tutors.
vs removal:
academy ruins to get the scepters back from the dead

i would like more alternative wins though; please help if you have any ideas.
card draw:
trail of evidence. the clues also get u a win with mechanized production
i would like to be able to draw more cards but i havent found very reliable ways yet to do so tbh.
Sideboard:
echoing truth vs token agro. same with phyrexian unlife which also helps vs bolt
surgical extraction vs combo decks and reanimate
days undoing vs mill.
disenchant cus i like it
tormods crypt vs grave/delver/reanimate
snap and meddling mage vs pure counterdecks.
Maybe list:
Dawn Charm: more versatile?
Future Sight to draw more cards but holy shit its expensive
Lotus Petal i tried adding 4; makes it quicker but also less predictable
Panharmonicon instead of strionic resonator, but it doesnt copy trail of evidence or the draw ability of baral
Remand i love the draw part, i hate the return to hand part.
Cyclonic Rift especially since the alt cost will give me another out.
